About

Enrico Costa

Enrico Costa’s entire life was dedicated to hospitality, passing through all the operational phases of a hotel. He started very young with the opening of the Grand Hotel De La Minerve in Rome, once part of Holiday Inn, where for seven years he learned to love the secrets of food & beverage and to put them into practice, pampering guests with one of the major attractions for the tourist who comes to Italy: good food. From a historical place like the Pantheon he then migrated to another: to Trinità dei Monti, where he continued his career with the Hotel Hassler. First as a hotel carrier, then as concierge and finally as a cashier at the reception and iat the restaurant. His organizational skills and his familiarity with the guest's needs soon led him to become deputy and then head of reception. With these credentials he then moved to SINA Hotels, where he spent ten years and where he burned all the stages: as deputy manager of Bernini Bristol in Rome he was assigned, after only eight months, the responsibility for the opening and management of Palazzo Sant'Angelo in Venice. Further on, he became general manager of the Grand Hotel Villa Medici in Florence and then that of the Brufani Palace in Perugia. It could be said that Enrico's "second life" begins when, after all the positions as GM, he decides he wants to deepen his experiences in the world of sales and therefore takes on the role of director of sales for the Americas and Asia for SINA Hotels… And then…

Sabina Galdiolo

Hotels and tourism entered Sabina Galdiolo's heart almost as a joke, when in 1994 she began her "second life" with a journey that immediately fascinated her and brought her, after several assignments in Italy and abroad with public and private industrial organizations and with fashion, to gain experience in both Italian and international luxury hotels and hotel companies. She began her "apprenticeship" at the Hotel Hassler in Rome, which was followed by the responsibility of sales & marketing with the Hotel Bauer and Palazzo al Bauer in Venice at its opening, the position of director of sales & marketing of the Italian hotel group SINA Hotels, of 155 Via Veneto Boutique Hotel (Vintage Hospitality) in Rome, as sales & marketing director of Sofitel Italia (Accor Group) and, finally, the responsibility for the reopening and repositioning of the Regina Hotel Baglioni in Rome, part of Baglioni Hotels Collection, head of sales and reservations team. Among her consultancies, just to mention one for all: the collaboration with STB Società Terme e Benessere, with three SPA resorts in Italy, which has revealed to her "the secrets" of the world of wellness. And then…
